Delivery & returns
We can deliver free of charge to any address located within 25 miles of Castle Gardens, Brimsmore Gardens or Poundbury Gardens. To check whether we can deliver to your address, please consult our list of delivery area post codes.
Once we have received your online order, The Gardens Group team will deliver the purchased items within 3 working days.
Deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm.
If you need to return any products purchased from our Online Store, for example if they are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep the products within their original packaging where possible and keep them in good condition while they are in your possession.
If a refund is required, you must inform us of your wish to return the goods within 14 days of the original delivery date. We will process your refund within 7 working days of the item being returned and inform you via email when the refund has been processed. The refund will be credited directly to the card that was used to make the purchase.
If you wish to exchange the item, we will deliver the replacement product and collect the returned product at the same time, wherever possible.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
